Dutch-flagged ships are not subject to any maritime limitations or distances.
An inspector from the Dutch maritime authorities will need to visit your vessel to measure it and affix markings with microdots if it is smaller than 24 meters in length (anti-theft). The inspector only performs a very simple inspection; no actual survey is conducted.
However, a survey and tonnage certificate are required for yachts exceeding 24 meters.

The language of all documents must be either Dutch or English. We will have the documents sworn translated if they are not in Dutch or English.

Yes, we can help you with the Dutch MMSI-RADIO license. You will be permitted to use a VHF, AIS, and EPIRB on your boat with this legal radio license, which the Dutch Telecom Authorities will provide.
You can still register your yacht even if it is currently being built in a Dutch shipyard. A stamp will be placed on your ship. This has a special identification number on it.
